UK Returns & Exchanges

You can return items for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order using our online returns portal.

How to Start a Return

All UK returns must be registered through our returns portal.

You’ll need:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place your order

Once registered, you can select your preferred return option and generate your returns label.

If your item is faulty or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at:

Preparing Your Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Pack your item(s) securely

  • Ensure all original packaging, tags, and labels are attached

  • Print your returns label (or use the QR code at your local Post Office)

  • Attach the label clearly to your parcel

Sending Your Return

You can:

  • Drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office, or

  • Arrange a Royal Mail collection (where available)

You will receive tracking details when your return label is generated.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • All original packaging and tags must be present

  • Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt

Items returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges

  • There are no additional charges for exchanges

  • Replacement items will be sent to your original delivery address unless otherwise specified

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund

Please note:

You may exchange your original paid order once. If you need to return the exchanged item, this will need to be processed as a refund and a new order must be placed.

Store Credit

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, you’ll receive a 10% bonus added to your credit balance.

Store credit can be used on future purchases through our website.

Refunds & Fees

  • A £3.95 fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our returns label

  • “Protect My Order” fees are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been processed.

Processing Times & Notifications

Parcels may take a few days to arrive back at our warehouse.

Once received, returns are typically processed within 5 working days, although this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.

You can track your return at any time using the tracking number provided when you generated your label.
