If you would like to change an item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order is dispatched, depending on stock availability.
How to Request a Change

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 4:30pm.
By Email:
Email [email protected] with ORDER CHANGE in the subject line.
Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to change. If possible, include the replacement item name, size, or colour you’d like instead.
Before Your Order Has Been Dispatched
If we receive your request before your order has been sent, we’ll confirm whether the requested items are in stock and process the change accordingly.
Any price differences (higher or lower) will be adjusted, and confirmation will be sent once your order has been updated.
After Your Order Has Been Dispatched
Once your order has been sent, we’re unable to make any changes.
If you still wish to exchange or return an item, please follow our Returns Information for full guidance on how to send it back and reorder.
