Cancelling an Order

We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help before your order is dispatched.

How to Cancel Your Order

By Phone:

Call us during business hours on 0161 524 3548.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 4:30pm.

By Email:

Email [email protected] with CANCEL in the subject line.

Please include your order number and the name used on the order so we can locate it quickly.

If Your Order Has Not Yet Been Dispatched

If we receive your cancellation request before your order has been sent, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched

If your order has already been sent, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return it for a refund once it arrives.

To do this:

  1. Wait until your parcel is delivered.
    ​

  2. Return it unused, in its original packaging, with all labels attached.
    ​

  3. Send it back within 28 days of receipt using our Returns Information for instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed in line with our standard returns policy.
