Refund Process & Timelines

Once you’ve returned an item to us, we’ll keep you updated as it moves through our returns process.

What Happens After You Send Your Return

After your parcel has been sent back:

  • It may take a few days to arrive at our warehouse

  • Once received, your return will be checked and processed by our team

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund, exchange, or store credit has been completed

How to Check Your Return’s Progress

If you used a tracked service (such as Royal Mail), you can:

  • Check your tracking number to confirm delivery to our warehouse

  • Use this as the reference point for processing timeframes

Please note: processing begins after your return has been delivered to us.

How Long Refunds and Exchanges Take

We aim to process all returns within 1–2 working days of receipt.

During busier periods, such as sales or seasonal peaks, processing may take up to 5 working days.

Once processed:

  • Refunds are issued immediately - please allow 2-4 working days for funds to appear within your account

  • Exchanges are dispatched as soon as possible (subject to stock availability)

  • You’ll receive an email confirming the outcome

When to Get in Touch

If your tracking shows that your return was delivered more than 5 working days ago and you haven’t received an update, please contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate.
