Tracking information is included in your dispatch confirmation email, which is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking Your Parcel
When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email that includes:
Your tracking number
A link to the courier’s tracking page, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress
If you have not yet received your dispatch confirmation email, your order may still be being prepared for shipment.
Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?
If you haven’t received tracking information and believe your order should have been dispatched, please check your:
Junk or spam folder
Order confirmation email (to ensure your email address was entered correctly)
