Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a series of updates to keep you informed at every stage of the process.
Order Confirmation
Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
This confirms that your order has been successfully received and is being processed.
If you don’t see this email within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder in case it has been filtered there.
Dispatch Notification
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email.
This email includes your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the assigned courier.
For most orders, this means your parcel is already on its way and will soon be delivered.
Delivery Notifications
On the day of delivery, you’ll receive an additional text message or email directly from the courier, confirming your expected delivery time.
Notification methods vary depending on the courier and delivery service selected.
We currently use:
Royal Mail and DPD for UK deliveries
DPD and FedEx for international deliveries
